I have been a fan of Jessica’s music for years so this was a special one for me. It came about from Jessica and I hanging out playing Stone Temple Pilots covers together. We started working on these songs for fun while I was on a trip to LA and at some point Jessica asked if she could release them which I was obviously excited about. We recorded it at different homes/sublets/apartments over a half a year or so. “Something Good” features Rhett Miller who I’ve also been a fan of forever so it was a really special and humbling experience.
