Writer, Guitars, Vocals on “Running”

Samira and I wrote this one together in LA. I usually don’t play in anything but standard but I had a guitar in drop D for a cover we were playing for fun and then this riff came out. We started working on melodies and lyrics from there. I was lucky enough to get to play on the final version as well which felt extra special. Samira and Joo Joo Ashworth took it in a really spacey direction which rocks. It was also mixed by Henry Stoehr who I’ve been fortunate to work and tour with before.
