Guitars on “Now I’m”

John DeBold who produced this album invited me to come do some guitar while I was in LA. I didn’t know who it was for until I got there. I had never met Grace before but I truly had the best day hanging out and making music with them. She was incredibly kind and open to me trying whatever ideas I had. I played guitar on a few tracks that changed over the years but my guitar on this one remained. Always feels special to me be on an opening track. Grace and John worked their asses off on this album and I’m grateful to have a small part on it. We recorded it at Heavy Duty Studios and I played it on Donovan’s old Gibson!
